Welcome to Room 204!
I am thrilled that you have decided to visit the website for room 204! This will be your headquarters for all things 204 for the next year. Fourth grade is an exciting time when students start to blossom into the students, and people, they hope to become. I hope this website will serve as a helpful, and fun tool to guide our adventure through fourth grade together.
Each week, I will update the "Assignments" section with daily homework, as well as on-going and week-long projects. Under "Announcements," I will include all upcoming important dates, including field trips, special days, and information about the CAC project, Science Fair, Young Author's, and other school activities.
Feel free to email me at anytime with questions and concerns. I encourage students and parents to email me in the evenings with homework questions. If you don't understand something, send me an email and we can sort it out. Homework is an important piece of the fourth grade curriculum. Students will need parent support, but should be completing the assignments independently. I want to know what the students know. I understand that life can get in the way of homework, if it does, please send a signed note with an explanation about why the homework is not complete.
